My invite link doesn’t open the app
Install Family Room from the App Store first, then tap the link again. You can also open the app, tap “I was invited to a family” and paste the link.
I got a new phone
If you added Sign in with Apple (You → Add sign-in), sign in on the new phone and your family is there. Without it, ask your family organizer to send you a new invite link.
How do I leave a family or delete my account?
To leave: Family tab → the gear → Leave. To delete your account: You tab → Delete account, at the bottom. Deleting your account removes what you shared.
How do I cancel Family Room Plus?
Plus is billed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Family Room, then Cancel. Your family keeps Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
Someone shared something that isn’t okay
Tap ••• on the moment, comment or person and choose Report, or email us. We review every report within 24 hours.
